If your order day/delivery day happens to fall in the week of a public holiday, the default days will be delayed +2 working day, excluding weekends. For further info, do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the delivery time?
For online orders, your delivery time scheduling from:
1. Qxpress as trackable courier Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.
2. Smart-Pac or SingPost normal mail will be delivery to your mail box 3 to 7 business days.
3. Additional charges for Local Express 2 to 3 business days delivery.
4. International delivery will valid according to the service providers.
FREE delivery for all purchases within Singapore for purchase S$30 and more.
You can select to upgrade your delivery to Local Express with additional charges.

For Online purchase - Free shipping applies to all purchase within Singapore.

Yes, we provide delivery to any international destination.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD). In the event of absence, an absent slip will be inserted under your door giving details of the attempted delivery, providing contact details of the courier company. You may contact the courier company to reschedule another time slot. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service hotline at +65 6386 1815 and we will assist you to track your purchase.
How do I cancel my orders?
Please call our customer service hotline at +65 6386 1815 during office hours, GMM Technoworld Pte Ltd reserves the right to refund you only on the price of any Goods based on your mode of payment, even after the relevant sales order is confirmed and payment has been received, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods within one business day.
All items purchased through www.testmeter.asia are returnable due to the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for exchange of other products. No exchange will be granted if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you the amount as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and you can use it for exchange of our other product.
