3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless specified otherwise. We provide a highly secure shopping experience using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology to encrypt your personal and financial data.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: Online payment via Stripe (Visa or Mastercard).
• PayNow: Corporate UEN 201103748R.
• Bank-In / Offline Transfer: Payable to OCBC Bank, Account No: 629-584475-001 (Current Account, Account Name: GMM TECHNOWORLD PTE LTD).
• Western Union Money Transfer: Offline transfers (accepting SGD only) payable to Yong Kiang Yeo at our registered business address.

These terms and conditions also cover our pricing policy, which is an essential aspect of our agreement.

Important Note on Processing: Orders paid via Bank-In or Western Union will only be processed once the cash has been cleared or deposited into our account. Customers must email a scanned copy of the payment slip to sales@testmeter.sg or fax it to 63856984 alongside their order reference number.

4. Delivery and Shipping Information

Our shipping operations are handled by external trackable courier services (including Qxpress, Smart-Pac, or SingPost). By placing an order, you agree to our standard shipping parameters outlined below:

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Products purchased before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• Courier Timelines: General trackable couriers, Smart-Pac, and standard mail deliveries normally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your address or mailbox.
• Public Holiday Extensions: If your order or scheduled delivery falls during a public holiday week, standard timelines will be delayed by +2 working days (excluding weekends).

Shipping Charges

• Online Purchases: FREE delivery applies to all online purchases within Singapore for orders of S$50 and above.
• Offline / Cash on Delivery (COD) Purchases: Free delivery applies exclusively to purchases of S$500 and above, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Express & International Shipping: Additional surcharges apply for Local Express delivery (2 to 3 business days). International shipping is available and charges can be calculated in your shopping cart via the “Estimate your shipping” tool.

Failed Delivery and Proof of Delivery (POD)

Most products require a valid signature as proof of delivery. If you are absent at the time of delivery, our nominated carrier will leave an absent slip with instructions on how to contact them directly to reschedule another time slot.

5. Order Cancellation and Right to Refund

GMM Technoworld Pte Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any confirmed sales order even after payment has been received.

In lieu of delivery or supply of the Goods, we reserve the right to issue a full refund to you based on your original mode of payment within one business day of order confirmation.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, the process is governed by the following rigid legal parameters:

• 14-Day Limit: All returns and exchanges must be fully executed within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
• Product Condition: Goods must be returned in flawless condition, showing no signs of use. All original packaging, boxes, manuals, and the original invoice must be completely intact. No exchange or refund will be granted for items that show wear.
• Exclusions: Our product guarantees and return privileges strictly do not cover accidental damage, mishandling, or wear and tear caused by the customer.
• Processing Time: Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will issue a credit note or refund your original payment mode within 7 days. Alternatively, you may use the balance to exchange for another product.
